ESTIMATING

Accurate cost estimates are essential.  We use a nationally recognized database for our estimates, and have found their values to be up to date.  Our data base is updated quarterly and the values are changed for your location according to your zip code.  We try to ensure every aspect of the construction process is included in the estimate.

WHAT YOU CAN GET:

• Complete list of activities by trade including the split of material and labor.
• The estimate can be modified to add sales tax to material and/or labor items and include a profit margin.
• The final document can be in the format of an Excel spreadsheet file, a printed list, or a detailed estimate with specifications.
• The most complete and accurate estimates.

In order to do an estimate, we need a set of plans.  If we have generated the plans, we are all set to do the estimate.  If another party has supplied you with plans, we need either a complete set or if  the designer did them with a computer program, .pdf files could be E-mailed to us.
