MATERIAL LIST

Material lists are done the same way estimates are done.  We have developed a database of most materials used in a construction projects.  As new products come on the market, we add them to the database.

WHAT YOU CAN GET:

  • A complete and accurate material list that you can take to the suppliers for pricing.
  • Complete list of materials by area of construction.
  • The final document can be formatted to an Excel spreadsheet file or a printed list.

In order to do a material list, we need a set of plans.  If we have generated the plans, we a re all set to do the estimate.  If another party has supplied you with plans, we need either a complete set or if  the designer did them with a computer program, .dwg files could be E-mailed to us.
